Within an hour Don had dispatched his guy, who upon getting to my home diagnosed the problems. Two hours later, the job was completed and the price reasonable.

DB Plumbing was very quick to respond! The morning I noticed my 20 year old water heater leaking a lot of water, I called. The owner, Don, answered the phone right away. I was pleasantly surprised when he said they could come to replace the water heater the next day –a Saturday! Don had me texthim a couple photos of the heater so they could come prepared with the right size replacement and parts. Corbin came as promised and was very friendly and called me by name. I’ve been using DB plumbing for years. Their prices are very reasonable, they are professional, friendly, and they do good work. They have never disappointed me. I believe they are family owned and operated. Today is Sunday and my water heater sprung a leak on the bottom. It had to be replaced. Even though they are closed on Sundays, I called them. Without me asking, they offered to send someone out to help me. They were here in less than an hour and offered to replace the water heater the same day. The quote was less than I thought it would be considering it’s Sunday and they made a special trip for me. I have never experienced this high level of service from any other company. I am very grateful. Thank you so much. This is one of the reasons they get my business over and over again.

We had a leak that required a shut off at the curb so we had no water coming to the house. I called DB plumbing on a Sunday morning and they were able to come out the same day. The plumber, Corbin, was fast, friendly, and left the area clean when he was done. I will definitely use them again and refer friends and family in need of a plumber.

We had a leak somewhere under our kitchen sink so we called Don @ DB Plumbing on a Saturday (he offered to come out Sunday but we decided on a Monday) – received an immediate response. His employee Mike came out on time and inspected the area. It turned out there was a leak in the wall, damaged pipes and internal water damage etc. that required a full days work. Don was kind enough to clear Mike’s schedule for the day so he could work on our plumbing the entire day! Mike did and excellent job of fixing the problem areas, explained the problems and solutions, and was very patient and friendly with all our questions. He did an outstanding job cleaning up all the pipe debris etc. inside and outside our home. Don followed up with us after Mike completed the job letting us know when the restoration company would be contacting us for an inspection on the interior water damage. We were very thankful they referred us to a company they work with! We have been using DB Plumbing for many, many years for all of our plumbing needs and have always been pleased with their quality of work, work ethic, response time and friendly professionalism. I highly recommend DB Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs and we will always call them whenever we have any plumbing issues. Great local company with great people!
